Community Support

Bluedigital supports local nonprofits working to help those in need of basic essentials: food, clothing and shelter.

In the Pittsburgh area, poverty has risen in almost every neighborhood. According to recent data 17% of children in Allegheny County live in poverty, with rates as high as 32% in surrounding counties. The difficulties faced by nonprofits trying to combat poverty are many and large. However the resources at hand are even greater. You can make a difference in the lives of the poor right in your own community:

  • Connect with a local nonprofit to volunteer or donate
  • Start a food or clothing drive to benefit a local shelter, or even a family you know in need
  • Get your church small group, friends, extended family or coworkers to join in a work project at a local nonprofit
  • Make it a monthly goal to volunteer or donate in some way
